The production areas of restoration, sanitation installation, heating and ventilation systems become legally autonomous as WALDNER Haustechnik GmbH & Co.

1982

WALDNER Laboreinrichtungen GmbH & Co. separates from the parent company and becomes its own profit centre. The former “laboratory manufacturing department” leads the corporate group in sales and becomes the market leader in Europe.

1985

The new laboratory system "VARIOLAB - W90" is presented at the ACHEMA (International Exhibition-Congress on Chemical Engineering, Environmental Protection and Biotechnology) with great success.

The turnover of the WALDNER Corporate Group exceeds 100 million DM for the first time.

The subsidiary WALDNER Limited ist founded in Great Britain.
