What is your Makerspace?

Education in a digital world needs spaces where learning can be reimagined. The Makerspace is exactly such a place: flexible, creative, and open to experimentation. This is where ideas emerge, projects take shape, and skills are acquired playfully.

From 3D modeling and video production to coding, robotics, virtual reality, and design thinking. A Makerspace transforms flexibly into whatever you need it to be. It offers the freedom to explore technologies and develop your own solutions. It is a smart shape-shifter that opens up new perspectives for learners of all ages.

Your Makerspace is the place where learning comes to life.

What is a Makerspace for us?

Students collaborating in a modern classroom

The Makerspace is an educational concept that redefines learning in the digital world. We create an innovative learning environment where people learn from one another, experiment together, and collaboratively develop new ideas. What makes it special is the combination of spatial flexibility, digital equipment, and an atmosphere that fosters creativity. Learners take responsibility, shape their own work processes, and experience how ideas turn into real products, films, robotic movements, or virtual worlds. This is co-creative learning at its best for us.

A Makerspace opens up new dimensions of learning and demonstrates how inspiring education can be when given the right space.

Promoting 21st century skills

Phenomenon-based experimentation at a Makerspace opens up entirely new perspectives. It reinforces “4C learning” (communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity) in a playful manner, while also promoting important skills such as curiosity, resilience, and independence.

With the help of medienBuddy®, pupils carry out scientific experiments in a modern classroom.

School of the future

The future of education calls for learning environments that inspire curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. To prepare students for an ever-changing world, teaching must connect classical foundations with contemporary knowledge and real-world application.
