With our technical inspection and sensor package, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of your lab system to identify targeted improvements. Supported by smart tools, trainings and ROI evaluations, we help you drive sustainability in your lab efficiently and transparently.

The process with Waldner
How does Waldner help you implement a Green Lab? Here's a look at our process.
Step 1: Inspection
In the first step, we analyse the status quo with you:
- How are the labs being used?
- Where are the biggest consumers?
- What optimisation potentials are there?
The insights gained are presented to you clearly: Our online collaboration tool is continuously updated with information, know-how, and action plans, available to all participants at any time.
Step 2: Workshop and Action Plan
Our GreenBasics team organises a workshop day with all stakeholders (on-site, hybrid, or remote). The choice of participants depends on the selected focus topics and may include Facility management, Lab users, Lab managers, Purchasing, as well as Health & Safety teams.
We present best practice examples, discuss our prepared measures with you, and prioritise them. At the end of the workshop day, you will have a well-thought-out action plan for each focus topic.
Step 3: Implementation
Now it's time to implement: In short monthly online meetings, we discuss the current status of the measures and the next steps. Our GreenBasics experts are at your side with extensive know-how.
Our customer service can also support you actively on-site. We are happy to provide our ready-made materials like stickers, posters or other smart tools. This makes the process fun and speeds up implementation.
Step 4: Certification (Optional)
Would you like official recognition for your sustainability initiative? Thanks to our cooperation with the non-profit organisation My Green Lab®, this is possible.
You can carry out a "Baseline Assessment" before starting the measures and a "Certification Assessment" after successful implementation. Our GreenBasics program ensures that you are well prepared for this.
