Vetter's new training center in Ravensburg stands for contemporary, practice-oriented training in the pharmaceutical field. The result is a facility that combines modern laboratories, realistic training areas, and a wide range of continuing education opportunities for prospective pharmaceutical technicians and chemical laboratory assistants.
The laboratory areas are deliberately designed to resemble production facilities and offer simulated preparation and production rooms where trainees can learn practical processes in a realistic environment. This creates a learning environment that optimally combines theory and practice and ideally prepares young talent for their future roles in the company.
The training center was planned by Eretec, a company belonging to the Waldner Group that specializes in laboratory planning. From the outset, the project was characterized by fair, open, and pleasant cooperation between all those involved. This constructive interaction enabled smooth implementation and ensured that all solutions were optimally tailored to the needs of the training areas.
