The best ingredients and careful processing are essential for a top-quality product: you determine the raw materials and we provide you with a customized cooking system that forms the basis for a gentle cooking process and the refinement of your products.
To ensure that color, consistency, taste, and valuable ingredients retain their full potency, we use vacuum and oxygen extraction in our cooking systems. This prevents oxidative processes that could damage the raw materials, even at low temperatures. The result: a perfect product that will delight you and your customers.

You then become the test chef on our pilot plant. You can try out the plant directly on the model to see whether it meets your requirements. Only when the cooking plant has passed this test does it enter the design and production phase.

We protect your product through aseptic processes, dosing, and sampling, and fill it into various packaging types and container sizes (including containers and bag-in-box). Short equipment set-up times and excellent cleanability (CIP/SIP systems) are also standard features of our cooking equipment.
