The production process of your individual drying unit starts with an initial concept. You tell us what the product is to look like and the requirements it needs to meet. We will then develop an initial design for your vacuum cabinet based on these details.
Before starting production of your lab vacuum oven, you can conduct experiments on our prototype units to test your processes with our system technology. We will only start manufacturing your drying cabinet once you are completely satisfied with the product. Ultimately, we will deliver a fully welded, gap-free vacuum dryer to support your project in the best possible way.
Thanks to their customised equipment, Waldner vacuum drying cabinets can be perfectly optimised for your project – even for the most diverse drying applications. As required, we can incorporate a range of peripheral equipment, including fans, temperature control units, pumps, special valves, and more.
Pressure and temperature are evenly distributed within the cabinet, ensuring effective and consistent drying. With a drying surface of 0.2 – 27 m², each vacuum dryer is ideal for varying batch sizes. Professional control systems are used to manage, regulate, and monitor all drying processes.
If required, we can equip your vacuum drying cabinet with a wide range of additional components – including carrier gas lances, heated drying cabinet doors, removable and heated shelving, mobile racking trolleys, basins for drippings, and automatic washing and cleaning systems (WIP/CIP). Waldner drying cabinets are also available in an ex-proof design, compliant with ATEX 2014/34/EU.
Waldner’s cGMP-compliant vacuum ovens are particularly suited to the demanding requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, helping ensure the product quality of drugs and active ingredients. In addition to vacuum drying cabinets, we also manufacture convection drying oven. These are modular in design and equipped with mobile trays. This makes them ideal for drying solvent- and water-moist products. Special designs such as vacuum convection drying ovens combine the advantages of both drying processes.
We also manufacture customised vacuum contact oven. These have conical substance containers in cGMP design and are equipped with a helical segment agitator. This enables effective homogenisation and gentle drying in just one step. Flap systems facilitate cleaning.
