Waldner’s classic laboratory cabinets are its underbench cabinets on a plinth – a permanent solution for storing equipment and chemicals. These units comply with DIN EN 16121 and DIN EN 16122, ensuring high standards in durability and safety, and feature an underbench depth of 550 or 650 mm.

Specialised Laboratory Cabinets

Waldner’s lockable safety cabinets for gases, acids, alkalis, and flammable liquids are designed to meet the highest standards in both material quality and functionality. Each model is compliant with the latest safety regulations.

These special cabinets are suitable for the storage of acids and alkalis and comply with DIN EN 16121 and DIN EN 16122. Each unit features separate compartments for acids and alkalis, along with a connection to a permanently active ventilation system to ensure safe air circulation. Height-adjustable feet provide excellent stability, while four variable shelves offer flexible configuration.

This push-in underbench safety lab cabinetry is specifically designed for use beneath laboratory fume hoods and is suitable for the safe storage of acids and alkalis. It features a connection to a permanently active ventilation system and is equipped with extendible shelves for ease of use.

Waldner’s FWF 90 safety cabinets are specially designed for the safe storage of flammable liquids, in accordance with DIN EN 14470-1 and TRGS 510. These laboratory cabinets offer 90 minutes of fire resistance, protecting stored materials in the event of a fire. Each unit is equipped with a permanently active ventilation system and an earth line with potential equalization. In case of fire, thermally activated automatic closure – independent of the power supply – ensures the cabinet shuts securely.

Waldner FWF 90 safety cabinets are designed for the storage of flammable liquids, fully compliant with DIN EN 14470-1 and TRGS 510. These cabinets are installed beneath bench-mounted fume hoods and connected to a permanently active ventilation system and an earth line with potential equalization. A unique feature of these safety cabinets is the thermally activated automatic locking system, which functions independently of the power supply – automatically securing the cabinet in the event of a fire.

Waldner G90 safety cabinets offer secure storage for up to four compressed gas bottles, in compliance with DIN EN 14470-2. In the event of a fire, the gas cylinders are protected for 90 minutes. These cabinets are connected to a permanently active ventilation system and come equipped as standard with a mounting rail for pressurized gas reduction stations, separate bottle holders including lashing straps, and a roll-in ramp.

Waldner’s emergency cabinets are specifically designed for the storage of emergency and rescue equipment. Each cabinet includes essential safety items such as a first aid case, fire extinguisher, sandbox, sand shovels, and fire blankets, and provides space for additional first aid material or other accessories. These laboratory cabinets are not suitable for the storage of acids, alkalis or flammable materials.
